Support Ordering Problems :  If you are having ordering problems go to Tools at the top of your screen, click on pop-up blocker, then pop-up blocker settings,  change it from block all pop-ups to block automatic pop-ups.       Customer Service     For Customer Service please e-mail us your question and we will try to answer it and get back you as soon as possible. Just e-mail us at sales@petessmallengine.com     Sales and Shipping Issues.     We try to ship out same day or next day except on Saturday and Sunday.  Most orders go out Priority Mail and will normally take 3-5 working days to arrive.     Warranty     We are not a manufacturer of parts and offer no Warranty on Parts.  For returning unused parts see our Policies Page.
